Due to the nature of our handmade and perishable products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.

 

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
